Freight Services Terms

• Individual rate confirmations, contracts, and service agreements

• Our published claims procedures and dispute resolution processes

• Applicable insurance coverage and limitations

• Terms and conditions specified in individual service agreements

All shipments are subject to inspection and must comply with applicable laws regarding hazardous materials, weight restrictions, and other regulatory requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for freight services are as specified in individual rate confirmations, contracts, or service agreements. Standard payment terms may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STR Freight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $1,000, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STR Freight LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Changes to Terms

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
